The company was founded by Ron Torenko who was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.  Upon graduating from Western Michigan University in 1973, Ron relocated to Dallas, Texas to work for Alpha Metals as a district sales manager.  He acquired a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and the interworking relationships between manufacturers and their sales representatives and customers.  With that experience, Ron founded Torenko and Associates in 1982.

Torenko and Associates supplies a full line of SMT production equipment from bench top to fully automated high volume production lines.  Adding to that a full range of test equipment from ICT, X-Ray, AOI and Laser, Torenko and Associates is clearly your source for “One Stop Shopping”.
